EXCELLENT stay in the heart of everything
breakfast buffet central location friendly staff
i felt so welcomed by everyone at this hotel. the breakfast buffet featured many delicious items and a great variety. i also really enjoyed that the hotel's location was central allowing easy access to all the attractions the food was also wonderful. the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist
the stairs were a bit of a challenge because there wasn't a lift. hauling luggage up to my room on the fourth floor reminded me of a workout. i would have appreciated an elevator to make things easier

the hotel enjoys a fantastic location right in the middle of everything. this positioning provides immediate access to many local attractions. exploring the area became convenient because of the central location.

the room featured comfortable beds and a good bathroom. it also included nice finishing touches making it feel quite luxurious. the room's design maximized the available space effectively and maintained good air conditioning.

friendly staff good breakfast central location
The staff greeted me warmly and were very friendly. the included breakfast was good. dinner was also GOOD. the location is wonderful. I found walking distance to both the train and bus station easy.
the room lacked storage, though it was a nice size.

central location yummy pastries good lighting lovely shower
i appreciate the central location next to the canal. the breakfast was very delicious and had yummy pastries. the room lighting in both the room and bathroom worked well. the shower was really lovely, i will come back.

the hotel is located on the canal, very near to a train station. the area is very picturesque with lovely bridges, also the hotel is very close to the city center.

small space unclear directions
The location was quite alright and the breakfast tasted very good.
I had trouble finding the place EASILY. The directions are not clear enough. The staff need to indicate guests CAN drive into this part of town. We drove around IN circles and parked in a very small space. I got to the room and had NO hot water after traveling.
